Since I was a child I was saying I was a pacifist, I don’t go for physical violence. My brother and I, he’s 3 years younger than me, but was always (a little) bigger build, never fought. Or better said, we’ve never been in a fist and/or physical fight, with the one or two times slapping each other when we were kids, but post-teen years definitely never. Not that he didn’t try, the last time we were even in our twenties.
Yes, things like that, especially physical things that happen to me I cannot forget, especially if its with another person involved. There is a reason I do that and that is that I’ve always protected my body, even by consciously choosing not to do sports and/or activities that can potentially result in (very) serious bodily harm. Accidents can happen and life sometimes throws awful surprises, so I’m (mentally) prepared for everything, but in real life physically try to prevent the worst, as much possible, as I still keep being a human.
This part of who I am and consciously already thought about from child, was all about (protecting) me and that I didn’t want to hurt another human being. I don’t like pain, so I don’t give pain.
As I am sharing this with you, I also need to tell you that what in essence freaked me most internally, which made me ponder for a good while about it, was only recently in my adult years when I realized what that for me really means. The realization came when I realized that I can most probably physically rip a persons artheries from their neck with my nails if they ever physically threaten my life. As a pacifist, I believe in each and everyone’s life to live and that means that I will protect mine when someone endangers my life and I can save mine by taking theirs, as I will never resort to physical violence first. Scientist can’t do this yet, but if they could, I bet that this line of code is encoded in my DNA.
That realization was mind blowing for me. There is no atom in my body that wants to try to really rip a persons neck arteries, knowing that I could and knowing that I would if need be, in essence made me appreciate life more deeply. Our nails are our natural tools that we’ve mostly collectively have banned in society, and of course I realize why that is, because (really) strong nails are dangerous. Just like kids nowadays wouldn’t know what a VHS is and/or what it would look like. Most adults in the world now, don’t realize and can’t imagine the agility in your hands that you get back when you give it its natural tools to work with.
One important thing to mention is that I keep saying physical violence, because there’s also of course other types of violence possible, like verbal or even psychological violence. I’ve lived on an island for 18 years, which mostly is Americanized, which means we islanders usually also speak loud (as Americans do) and especially if we/I get in (heated) arguments, which for example for most mainland-Europeans that can easily come across as agressive. Psychological violence is simply too time and energy consuming, all the while its something that putrids your soul because you’re constantly feeding it malice. That’s something I wouldn’t even entertain to do to another person for the damage it would do to myself. So, the latter is out of the question for me and the former I do my absolute best not to be weak to let myself do it, I know that there have been moments in my life and probably will be some more in the future, where another person could construe my verbal reaction to them as either aggressive or violent. For that I say my intentions are never to use violence, either physically or verbally, but I do give myself more freedom to let some verbal aggression in times of need, which in most cases would be to give a (serious) warning, or see paragraph 2, last sentence.
End ode to my nails.
Let me start by saying that “omnipreneur” is not yet an official word that you can find in dictionaries. At least in Merriam-Webster’s dictionary, it’s mentioned in the section of new words and slang. In there, they say that “omnipreneur” = (noun) : a new breed of entrepreneur who run his businesses anywhere where the action is or where the action is less, depending on the goal at hand. This is a pretty specific definition of the word omnipreneur, because if you search on the internet you’ll see that other people give a more broader definition that goes like; an omnipreneur is someone who partakes in all sorts of businesses.
Well, I didn’t invent this word. But I am happy that this is not yet a recognized new word, because I couldn’t agree with these definitions, because it’s not the definition I use myself for this word.
Strictly speaking, an entrepreneur is a person that does business to earn money for him/herself and his/her stakeholders and shareholders. So simple put, you create a product/service/activity, get people to buy your product/service/experience, get that money by any means necessary and you’re an entrepreneur.
To me, an omnipreneur is someone that goes beyond his/her stakeholders and shareholders when doing business, and more importantly, it goes beyond just earning that cash, mula, plata, or whatever you call that thing we created that we exchange as a means of value. As an omnipreneur, you do business that don’t, in any sense, down grade and/or damage the (natural) environment you’re in. So, this means, with every decision you make you need to ask yourself, am I going to hurt people and/or the environment in doing this to earn money? If the answer is yes, you just don’t do it. Period. If it’s a maybe, then you need to halt your decision and go see why and/or if it indeed will result in (any) harm. So, this also means, even if you know that you’ll miss the window of opportunity for earning (some extra) money, if it’s a yes, you don’t do it and if it’s a maybe, you take the risk that you’ll lose that window of opportunity.
The 5P-Formula© when used helps you automate this decision making. Which is also the reason why I chose to incorporate this formula in the foundation of the Tiiendemanns Group from the start. Because with the Tiiendemanns Group my mission is to help create this organization into a (big) multinational, which puts people AND our environment before profit.
Let me be perfectly clear here. The Tiiendemanns Group is not a non-profit organization, it is a 100% FOR-PROFIT enterprise. But its profit maximalisation is engrained with benefitting the global society and the World as a whole. This is a different way of doing business, because it is about creating value for other people and even other creatures that don’t belong to your team or to your core stakeholders and shareholders.
Just to make this more graspable for you, if you take Apple, the first company in the modern era to reach a valuation of $ 1 trillion, if Steve Jobs and/or Tim Cook were true omnipreneurs, would Apple take the title of the first company to reach that mark? Who cares? Because asking that question is thinking the entrepreneurial way! Because they have reached that mark, while people in Asian countries are being treated poorly. The thing is, if you have a samsung or a windows phone, unfortunately, it wouldn’t matter, because all people making phones are being treated poorly, while the only ones profiting from the phones being sold are the stakeholders (governments and the shareholders/owners of their supplier companies) and their own shareholders. Not to mention the environmental damages they are directly responsible for, for making their devices with planned obsolescence in their design, so that they can keep the wheels of consumerism turning and keep earning billions that “they will all leave behind and give away when they die”.
So, the entrepreneurial and capitalistic way of thinking is to amass now all that you can (so that you can leave most when you die), even if it means destroying the environment or your own client base, and the omnipreneural way of thinking is to don’t take it all, if it means that when you die you leave the World in a better state than how you found it.
If Cook, Musk, Bezos, Ma, Buffet, the Trumps, etc... were omnipreuners, our World would already be prosperous and a true beacon of peace, freedom and equality. This is not the case, because unfortunately, greed is still the driving force in decision making in most businesses AND governments around our World. This will change and I’m still very confident that it will before it’s too late.
Getting more true omnipreneurs active in the World would surely help. With this blog post I hope and wish to contribute in us getting there!
A couple of days ago I had a conversation with someone that wants to start a vegan restaurant, but wants to be (financially) ready before starting with at least the preparations. To which I said to said family member that you will never feel like you are 100% ready to start with a business and for most people it will be the case that they can never achieve the financial readiness to start a or the business that they believe is needed on the market. Starting with networking to meet people in the area/industry you want to enter and increasing your own knowledge that you need to go do what you are planning to go do, is more important than you yourself are 100% financial ready.
If banks or other financial institutions don’t want to help you and you need to find the help with private / governmental partners, then maybe you might need to be ready to change your plans and/or make more (financial) offers in the short/medium term, but starting and turning that revenue faucet on will attract those same banks and financial institutions that rejected you before, but then you’ll have the better bargaining position.
These are fundamental business lessons that I didn’t know when I started and took me some years to figure it out, because most business people don’t like to show their vulnerabilities. I personally am not afraid to show mine, because yes competitors can (try) to take advantage of that, but I strongly believe that in the end the help you will get from others negates this possible risk.
With the end of the year holiday season starting and people are starting to get bombarded with holiday ads to buy presents for themselves and/or others, remember honesty is the best present you can give another human being. If you need to save money for your business and you know someone is expecting a (costly) present from you, tell them the honest truth on why that can’t happen. Even if they are a child, but with a child you can give them a (for them amazing) experience playing and/or with a simple outdoor experience without it needing to cost any money, grown ups should be able to understand that real life doesn’t always give what our brains want.
So, always remember, even (in the future) when you get the chance to speak to a Viisiiter (to get your ViisiitCoin or other promotional rewards), you need to only say yes to buying a product because you really think you need or want it, or because you want to buy it as a gift to another person, because you think they want or need it AND you can afford it. If you can’t afford it you can honestly tell the Viisiiter that or you can just say no or pass!
As cheesy as it may sound to wish you a happy and fulfilling holiday season, not only for myself, but I’m saying this also for both T.C.P.A. Consultancy and the whole team of Tiiendemanns Group and Tiiendemanns Intellectualis Proprietas B.V., I do wish on behalf of all of us that you can start your 2019 with the energy to end it even better than you did when it started!
P.S: For the three nice ladies I met yesterday evening at the @Lisk event in The Hague, and to especially the one that asked me why I gave her a sticker of Viisiit., without having a website where she could read about the services of Viisiit., thank you and you all inspired me to go make a separate Viisiit. website page here under the one of T.C.P.A. Consultancy. We didn’t exchange contact information, but hope this reaches you because after today or tomorrow you can go to https://www.viisiit.eu or https://www.Viisiit.com and read about the services of Viisiit.!

The pre-private sale of the ViisiitCoin already started about 5 1/2 hours ago, so the whitepaper already had to be published. As it was better to give you a complete and well written whitepaper, instead of one finished on time, but incomplete and filled with mistakes, the choice was made to publish the whitepaper later. But even though, I’m saying it myself now, it’s well worth the delay.
For the people that already read the last version of the whitepaper Chris and I wrote, don’t expect to read the same story when you start with this one. Eventhough both whitepapers talk about the same blockchain, they explain the plan in two very distinct way. The first one explained the starting journey through the point of view of Viisiit. and the ViisiitCoin. This whitepaper explains the start of the journey through the point of view of the 1001 Years Plan. The plan of which both Viisiit. and the ViisiitCoin belongs to.
With full disclosure, this is version 0.9.9c and not version 1.0, because there are still a couple of people that need to give their last opinion on the document. There are graphic designers working their magic on it, as we’re speaking, to deliver the final product. So, for now it’s only pure text, with just the logo’s in the document. To not let you wait on that process, I decided to publish this version of the whitepaper in the mean time.
Edit: Because I couldn’t complete this on LinkedIn, let me mention this here:
I really need to give a very special thanks to Chris (van Maarseveen), because without him, this whitepaper would have looked totally different, and I need to admit, not necessarily for the better. He was also the one that suggested that I needed to make 2 whitepapers, one especially for the Tiiendemanns Group / the 1001 Year Plan, and one specifically for Viisiit. / ViisiitCoin. The whitepaper we started was also the one specifically for Viisiit./ViisiitCoin, but that became a +60 pages (with only words) document, because I couldn’t just mention those projects without mentioning the 1001 Year Plan, because the ViisiitCoin is intrically linked with the ViisiitCoin, through the ViisiitToken (and Viisiit.). So it was hard and I know I made Chris very frustrated with all the extra information in that document that he didn’t see the point in mentioning, but without that exercise/experience, this whitepaper we’re publishing now, couldn’t have been made.
So it was after receiving more feedback from other people that couldn’t understand and/or couldn’t go through reading not even the half of that document, I needed to evaluate the strategy of starting with a whitepaper for Viisiit. / ViisiitCoin, and realized that Chris was right, in that I also needed to make a whitepaper for the 1001 Year Plan. More importantly, I realized that that is also the whitepaper that the Tiiendemanns Group needs to start with. Because participating in the dICO/STO of the ViisiitCoin, even during the pre-private and private sale, means helping the Tiiendemanns Group, with the 1001 Year Plan out. That most of the money we raise will eventually go to Viisiit. is important, but not the most important thing to start explaining.
This would be the context of the whitepaper that you can download here under and we’re definitely curious to hear your thoughts and/or your interests in this project!
On behalf of the Viisiit.® / ViisiitCoin team,
Before I came up with the Peace and Prosperity-Equation, even maybe before or during ”the mirror-project” and the “advice on spirituality-project”, I thought of the concept of positive-egoism. The first person I’ve told about this was one of the (girl) room mates I had, that I’ve hung out with the most. Her reaction was immediately be careful with that, because it could come bite you in the ass. At that time, for many reasons I could understand why she would have said that, but the most important reason was that I’ve understood what I’ve meant with the concept of positive-egoism, but at that time I couldn’t explain it like I saw it.
Only of course, this realization came when the act already happened, because if I’ve recognized why she wasn’t understanding me, because her arguments weren’t logical and only based out of (general) fear, so she wasn’t convincing me and I couldn’t convince her. One of the mistake in my arguments that I’ve made then was that I’ve only compared positive-egoism with negative-egoism, thus leaving plain egoism and no egoism aside.
To start with the most simple concept “Ego(ism)”, in essence only insane, as in mentally unstable people/living beings and/or rabies infected people/living beings can be said of not having an ego and/or loose/get out of touch with their ego. So only they can call themselves pure no egotistical creatures. Every other living creature on Earth has an Ego, which it can consciously or subconsciously control. To give here an example, we humans are living creatures with conscious control of our Egos. The mere fact you can read these words, and especially if you can understand them, with/without help of translations, makes you a conscious being in control of its Ego. Other conscious beings in control of their egos that we know of are for example, dolphins/whales, elephants and (great) apes. Animals like dogs, cats, pigs, monkeys, parrots, etc.. have an ego that can be classified as being between conscious and subconscious, but cannot be called full conscious beings, as they are also driven by wild instincts and hormones that can take control of their behavior.
That hormones and wild instincts can also take control of dolphins/whales, elephants and (great) apes is also true, as is the case with human beings, albeit, we humans through inbreeding through these centuries have collectively come more to grips, through ego-realization or medication, with their hormonal and instinctive (wild) reactions. Which, especially with the latter, is something that is not necessarily best if we lose total control off. Learning to trust meteorologists instead of your own wild instincts about the weather cannot be something that can collectively cause harm, but loosing ones instinct of knowing if something is good to eat and trusting only supermarkets can cause collective harm in societies. Of course, there are people in the World that are not insane and that you can call not egotistical, but most of the time, you can also call those people naive or ignorant. So, even though no egotistical people can be (very) good people, their lesser self reliant and/or interdependent nature creates a vulnerability in the collective society if most people become non egotistical.
A positive-egotistical person, as I consider myself to be, is someone that accepted its ego and lives its life for the betterment of everyone, including themselves. This last part is important, because it’s not for the betterment of themselves and others, because in that case one creates a separation between themselves and other people. All the while, the betterment of the World means the betterment of everyone. Wanting to be the only one that does well in life, is a selfish, egotistical, unrealistic and definitely self harming way of thinking. Just as, willing to hurt others for the betterment of self, something a negative-egotistical will always chose and a plain egotistical person might choose, also is. Helping others and hurting (or hindering) yourself in the short term is for the longevity of your life better than helping yourself and hurting others short term. This counts for business, work, family, friends and life in general. Helping others and yourself, or helping yourself and not hurting others, or helping others and not hurting yourself are of course all better options than the aforementioned scenarios, but the essence of positive-egoism is that in life you are living, playing, wandering, which way you see yourself in this present life doing, with other people and your actions are never without consequences for another person. Never.
A plain egotistical person is someone I call that is a being with a conscious controlled ego, but that mostly lets their daily management be controlled by their subconscious and/or automatic pilot, governed by their innate desires, wants, needs. Now the difference between plain egoism and no egoism can be better explained, because with no egoism someone is more out of control of their ego. In spirituality, even to attain ego death, ego depletion or letting go of ones ego, starts with the identification of the ego. Listen to gurus and even the teaching of Buddhist/Buddha, even they couldn’t escape this inevitable universal truth. So, someone with no egoism is more like ego-less beings with subconscious control than plain egotistical beings.
Now, you can thus say that the difference between a negative-egotistical, plain egotistical and positive-egotistical person is both consciousnesses and motive/intention in their negative and positive behavior/acts. Negative-egotistical and plain egotistical people are less collective behavioral driven than positive-egotistical people, because their motive/intention for their behavior are driven by self interests, self pleasure and self propagation, in the broadest meaning of the word, without prioritizing or taking into account the effect on the collective and even prioritizing self betterment above harming others.
The reason I’m bullish about our collective future is because I believe that we are now getting to the point in time where there’s inherently more positive-egotistical people living on Earth than negative-egotistical, plain egotistical and no egotistical people, combined. Many people say and/or believe that a person can not change who he/she/they are, so one would then also believe that a negative-egotistical person can never become an inherently positive-egotistical person. Believing in that is not believing in the collective and not believing in the power of good. There is more to be had for everyone with doing good, than doing bad. Because doing bad can only create short term gains for the bad actors, but results in negative outcome for most and maybe all, including self in the long term. Doing good can never result in short and definitely not long term negative consequence for anyone. Even negative outcomes stemming from good intentions result in long term gains for everyone, even the ones being hurt short term.
This is not a matter of hope, believe or faith. This is an universal truth that has been explained and passed down as wisdom for ages, only not by these precise words/terminologies. If by giving this behavioral choice a name, I can help one other person find a tool to make better decisions in their lives that helps contribute to a better global society, then this positive-egotistical behavior of mine was all worth it.
Full mission statement of the Tiiendemanns Group. It must be obvious why T.C.P.A. Consultancy approves of this mission.
The eternal two main missions of the Tiiendemanns Group are;
To connect with the real you & Peace and Prosperity for all.
Being a team member of the Tiiendemanns Group means:
We don’t work for ourselves. We work for our collective children around our world. So, we’ll work hard and we’ll complain only to improve ourselves and others. We’ll need to work hard, because all children anywhere in the world need a safe and (biodiverse rich) world, and the collective grownups are taking the world in the other direction of an unjust and empty world full of only man made things.
((Respect > Freedom) >= (Peace > Prosperity))
That is the Peace and Prosperity Equation©
That is a philosophical doctrine on how to achieve and keep global Peace and Prosperity, an equation designed by the Founder of the Tiiendemanns Group to which all companies in the Tiiendemanns Group needs to uphold.
Each team member has the freedom to do whatever they like in their own lives, but working for and representing one of the companies in the Tiiendemanns Group means not letting the company break this doctrine.
As a company, we can only directly contribute on seeing that the things being made, only in turn, contribute to the first two points mentioned in the second paragraph here above, that being, for a safe and ecologically sound world. Indirectly, we can contribute by making sure our actions help reverse the trend of unjust-fullness and social- & biodiversity degeneration.
Safe is for us not a code word for Peace, but without Peace there can’t be safety. Just like it’s our company’s believe that without global Prosperity there can’t be (lasting) Peace.
Achieving global Peace should not only be a collective goal, but also needs to be a perpetual human endeavor, because when we get it, we could also lose it.
The answer to why a company chose as it’s external mission global Peace and Prosperity?
Because, Peace thus equals eventual (global) Prosperity and safety to conduct business all around our world, which in turn will make all our stakeholders and shareholders very very happy.
But that does also mean that our stakeholders and shareholders can’t ever truly be happy before world Peace is achieved and our shareholders and stakeholders will lose that happiness all over again, if world Peace is lost again.
Achieving Peace does not equal banishing all pain and suffering. Even in a Peaceful world natural catastrophes could still occur, because (natural) tragedies are a part of life, just like breathing is.
Fact is, that we all can work together to not only make them scarce around our globe, by for example, not being the ones starting them, but also to work together to help each other lessen the pains when one does happen. With our collective minds and hands put together, there won’t be much we can’t achieve.
Our internal mission “connecting with the real you” can be simply explained. We don’t dislike technology, it’s definitely handy and makes life easier, but we do like you better and most importantly, we don’t want to get to know you through the devices you use.
We want to get to know the real you, without a digital lens between us and we want to connect with the real you. Our services and products are there to serve your needs, either for your business(es), the places you call home, for your private life or pleasure.
With the first projects I started in 2011, I blogged on social media platforms, but also on the website I made then. After I started with my “offline experiment” I didn’t blog anymore, up until I started with the preparations for the new venture and found Steemit that I started blogging again.
For the new venture, I will need to have an active social media account, for which I chose LinkedIn as the social media platform to which I’ll become active for the Tiiendemanns Group on, so I already thought that on there I will combine the blogging with Steemit. But just realized now that I can also start blogging for T.C.P.A. Consultancy and the formulas here on the website. especially since I wanted to put a chapter of the first book on twitter for someone to read. I couldn’t upload a pdf file on twitter, but I can upload a pdf file on here.
So, what I will do now, actually feels very weird and definitely scary, because non of the books are done. And I don’t think that they will be finished this year of next year, so it will be some time before I publish the first series.
Because I’m writing this now, let me then tell you a bit of my plans with the books. As I already stated under the page of T.C.P.A. Guidance Center., I’m currently working on a series of books. They all have a different theme, the total amount is not important, but I will say that I’m working to first publish 3 at the same time.
The first one is called: I did nazi that coming - a book about free speech
The second one is called: The unsent letters to my grandfather - a book about living life
The third book, for that one, I cannot mention the title yet, but I can say that it won’t be first published in English, but in Dutch. The first two books, will be first published in English.
Why this is scary for me is because, this is the first time I am letting someone, anyone read a chapter of one of the books. Until now, only one single person has seen/read most of the titles, and that was a lawyer back in 2017. So, me giving you now 2 titles and the link to one of the chapter in the first book feels like taking my clothes of in public.
Especially since, the chapters written are not yet finished. As in, they are written, but not corrected and/or they are not in their last form. At the moment of publishing, they might change and/or I may delete or need to add some things, to either make them for example more understandable, or take unnecessary parts away.
I definitely would not say “be gentle” with your (eventual) feedback, but I will say please keep in mind that this is a first draft of the chapter. If you feel the need to give me a (direct) feedback, feel free and drop something in the message box, or send me an e-mail or tweet.
EDIT 10-10-2018: I couldn’t resist, I needed to go read the chapter again, and saw one grammatical mistake that needed to get fixed, and the conclusion needed some explanation. So, I uploaded a new version of the pdf. today :)
