In my last blog (https://www.tcpaconsultancy.com/blog/the-last-blog-on-this-website-a-blog-about-things-happening-now-around-the-world-and-in-my-personal-life) I said that I met an Indian team who will create a new website for me where I have more control and can add for example video’s, but more importantly with a blog page that gives a better overview of all the blogs. They of course will not do this for free so financially speaking it doesn’t have a priority. Even when that new website gets published, this website with the blogposts hosted on Weebly will stay for as long as Weebly doesn’t remove it, but then it can be accessed through a weebly.url and www.tcpaconsultancy.will connect to the new website.
A couple of years ago I sold small pieces of Tiiendemanns Group (TDG) to some family members and friends, for the couple of hundred or thousand euro they had to support. Not enough to incorporate the entities of TDG, but enough to pay the bills that needed to be paid. I closed the family and friends round, but after I find the angel investor with the available funds to incorporate the entities of TDG, I’ll open the friends and family rounds again. I take the fiduciary duty I have to those first shareholders very seriously, so while working to bring a new card game called Dutch Joker Poker as a side project to market my main priority stays being to incorporate TDG and start the process of generating revenue for Viisiit. and PreciousChips afterwards. Fortunately, after I published that last blog I met a business couple who are working together to help startups get funding through their network and I found someone who’s going to among other take over the whole social media management of Dutch Joker Poker and later on TDG/Viisiit., so there’s beautiful progress albeit slower than I want things to go.
In regards to my transparency promise I made to divulge the quarterly donations I received. I know I haven’t published Q4 of 2021 and Q1 of 2022 results, but from the one wallet I have direct access to I can see that no one donating anything and to get into the other wallets is a hassle for which I assume would be to announce I haven’t received anything. So starting from this year I’m going to check all the wallets once a year, and in the first month of each new year I’m going to publish the results of the year that passed.
I also decided to donate 50% of whatever comes in to a charity organization and/or cause. For 2022: whatever amount gets donated through one of the wallets, 50% will be donated to one or more organizations working for the rebuilding of Ukraine. In January of 2023 I will announce together with the results of 2022 if there’s going to be a new donation goal or not.
