The 5P-formula© is a management tool that can be used for the optimalisation of decision making in organizations, based on a holistic, sustainable, long term growth and development viewpoint.

Simply put, you can call the 5P-Formula© a “morality compass” for organizations (or for your own life).

T.C.P.A. 5P-Management Consultancy works together with businesses, governments, NGO's and charitable organizations to improve the performance of their organizations, by taking a holistic view, thus all it's componants and see where growth can be had, or profits could be obtained through either cuts, (re)arrangements, (dis)placements, or any other measures that needs to be taken in/for your organization. Here we mean with profit, the achievable goals/mission of your organization. All together using our self designed holistic management formula, called “the 5P-Management Principles & Philosophy-formula©”, composed of a set of Principles, Philosophy & the 5P-Molecule.

In the text below we did put the whole 5P-Management Principles and Philosophy-formula© for you to read, but as we will also remind you later on, it’s only in text form and compactly given without much more information given, so please be advised to not try to use the 5P-Management Principles and Philosophy-formula© in your own organization without the proper consultation(s) and/or guidance from T.C.P.A. 5P-Management Consultancy. For the time being, using the formula for our own business ventures brought us to that new business we mentioned on the main page of this website that’s badly needed in the World, so that‘ s a path we would be foolish not to pursuit.


But as it stands for many organizations around our globe, surely all businesses, their main goal/mission is mainly profit in the form of monetary gains on their investments/losses through the sale of (a) product(s)/service(s). For governments/NGO's and charitable organizations the profits their looking for cannot only be measured in monetary gains, but whatever their (your = if you’re reading this and you’re a team member in one of those 3 types of organizations) profit seeking object/measure might be, a unhealthy organizational structure and/or culture, with or without an unhealthy (internal/external) process (handling mechanisms in place) will fail or just be burning and throwing money away. In the latter case, for example at an organization or business with a product/service where costumers don't have much other, if any other choice in the product/service choice of need, that they/you provide in the market you control.

​As a business or organization, with for example a monopoly on a product/service in the market they control, be it the local market of (parts of) the global market, the biggest pitfall which one then faces is being ungrateful of ones earnings, because of for example the believe that growth cannot happen (organically) anymore. So, prices for products/services increases, costumers then slowly start to get irritated and the vicious cycle towards organizational decline has long been started by then. Or the organization becomes greedy and will start acquiring assets just to fatten the balance sheet further, without the new asset becoming free and get the opportunity to thrive (further), they are just used as cash cows, both for milk and meat, in this case also both metaphorically and unfortunately, literally.​

If you're not in a monopolistic situation or even in a situation where you are confident in the future of your organization, then stagnation or the lack of growth/profit not only works discouraging, but will also lead you to pursuit the "easier" roads towards possible fast gains. Easier roads are easy, because they are easier to take and mostly require less to no efforts or significant money/time investments to make you feel that you are doing something, but what many leave out is that they're also as easy as buying a lottery ticket and as difficult of obtaining any (significant) gains from them.

Many management consultancies will consult you on the fastlane pathway(s), because that sounds and looks more promising and better, because of course, who doesn't want to get rich fast by doing the absolute minimum? But wanting something and actually needing it (to achieve something) are two different things that one should learn to differentiate.

​We are not here to sell you a love story, because by helping you become the best possible you, it's you who will show us what your love story is. And that's what we're after, not a nice fairytale, the real deal. Are we the type of consultancy that like McKinsey not only identifies your problems but also takes you by the hand in all the handlings and processmanagement required to help solve your problems? Not yet, at least. And to tell you the truth, we aren’t planning on doing that even when we put this business back into the (public) market, because to achieve our goal, you/your organization standing strongly on your own feet would be our mission from the start of our consultation in your business/organization.​

About the philosophy
​Hopefully with knowing our Philosophy you can better understand why we have our main goal being in helping you become the best possible you. Or, if you don’t see yourself part of your organization, yet, then, we can help you help your organization too to become the best possible functional organization that it can be, because we truly believe if everyone is working/living in their best state possible, then all our collective problems will dissapear, and we’ll only be left with collective (global) challenges.


The differences in opinion in the T.C.P.A. Family differ in how to best tackle this problem to reach our common goal. T.C.P.A. 5P-Management Consultancy designed the 5P-Management Principles & Philosophy-formula using as basis the equation created by T.C.P.A. Guidance Center. ((Respect > Freedom )>= (Peace > Prosperity)) and applying it to the needs of businesses/organizations around the world, using and combining with the equation the knowledge of other management lessons and/or theories/personal experience of the founder/with results of experimentations (not perfectly scientifically done, as replication would be fairly difficult for others to do it exactly to same, but that was also mostly by design, because for your situation starting from the same point and/or way most of the time would be futile and/or inefficient.

This formula is not cultural dependent, nor dependent on religieus believes or personal life style preferences. It’s designed to work with your business/organization as it stands in that moment in time and works towards how/what it could be(come) and T.C.P.A. 5P-Management will work together with you and/or your organization on how to get there.

We encounter for example many managers/business owners that do not love their products and/or business, but because it’s a (good) source of income they “ battle” everyday with their business/organizations. We can work with you not loving your product/company/organization. We cannot work with you not having Respect for any or not all of the important components in your company/organization and the reality is that many do know that they don’t love or that they even “ hate” their product(s) or company/organization they work for, but they also work in the assumptions that they are doing their best to make the best out of it. Showing you where you are lacking Respect, for your product(s)/company/organization, is for example a good place to start with the healing of your company/organization or to start putting it on a path to (re)new(ed) growth.


About the principles
It’s only later on that the last 2 principles have been added on the website, because not only, unfortunately in the World we live in, other people can take advantage of one that adheres to those principles, that’s something the founder/Managing Director of T.C.P.A. Consultancy has learned early on, and accepted that there is loss to be had in taking this approach, but the present and long term benefits far outweight the possible negative outcomes. Because not everyone can live with those outcomes, it is adviced to not even try to use these principles with only the thought of thinking that you understand them, especially not if you believe that you don’t agree with one or more of them, because then you’ll start rationalizing and maybe even start exhibiting behavior that is based off false premises, which in the end can cause you more harm than good.

So, it’s important to understand that you cannot follow the 5P-Formula if you cherry pick the principles you like and start using them in your daily life (and telling people you adhere to them), but don’t adhere to (some) others. It’s really all or nothing for these principles to have a positive effect (in your life/organization).

When our services come back available directly to the general public, we will publish here all our packages and pricing of them. We have different packages based on your organization size, service-order lengths and your own unique needs.

In essence, everyone could become our client, even other (management) consultants/cies because we don’t have the fantasy that we could ever service every single company/organization on our planet, thus having every consultants being their best possible self, surely not only makes our workload lighter and will bring is closer in achieving our core goal, but also helps the equation of our sister company T.C.P.A. Guidance Center. become a reality much faster. We really wouldn’t mind that name change for our company.

But, before we have this situation where other consultancies are saying that they are working based on the 5P-Management Principles and Philosophy-formula, please, be advised that All consultancies and advisory agencies must sign a special (non-disclosure) agreement beforehand agreeing on this fact, before we can proceed with our services to them.
